A quick ride report. I think my footholds are too far back and my pole is too long. Its very difficult to recover off hitting wakes and spins. The rocker rides waves very nicely however I think a front lip would help keep the nose up after hitting wakes. its turns very sharp which is quite nice...

I have a bout a tank through my blue ported 718 too now and it rips! I need to do a little idle tuning still tho as well. Unfortunately ski is out of commission waiting for some motor mounts but hopefully will be back on the water later this week!

I understand that there's a multitude of factors that contribute. Sounds like a good, cheaper starting point is a prop...then a ported top end kit.
