    if the starter relay is clicking then it's probably the starter. it's possible that it is a bad + cable from the relay to the starter or bad connection at the starter but in my experience it is usually the starter itself when you only get the click

    if you unplug the ss switch you can jumper the brown and red together (on the ebox side) and leave black/white disconnected to make sure the switch is bad. if it turns over like that, then your problem is on the switch side of the plugs vs the box side if it doesn't turn over.

    got one in my wifes ski, seems to work pretty well, just install a fuse/holder inline because it does draw a tiny bit of current at all times (assuming you leave your batt hooked up). for the record it's really only there in case she forgets the handlepole switch.

    the worx is good, just be sure it's the one for the 08+ pump. 228 i think. any scoop grate will be better than the stock plastic one though.

    if you have that stock intake grate on it that is probably the issue. mine would cavitate in the slightest chop at speed until i ditched that thing.

    that sucks man. oddly, i saw a similar wreck today on an on-ramp for a freeway. It was a pickup all up on a trailer. i stared for the length of the light trying to put together how it happened. some people are just morons.

    do a search on it... the short version is that you seal the intake and exhaust and pressurize (or depressurize) the engine to ~10psi. if it holds for 10 minutes you should be ok, if not find the leak with some soapy water to spot the bubbles.

    yeah it could be that too, pretty much anywhere air can get in between the throttle plate in the carbs and combustion will cause it. i was just listing the most common places for me from zip ties or nuts loosening.

    air leak. check the all the gaskets between the carb and the intake manifold gaskets, fuel and pulse lines as well.
