I cant find part number 60 on the mikuni manual which is at this url.

I cant even see the metal plate for the slave in question on the manual.
OK well i guess my hole is blocked.
if i put PSI pressure on the green hose in the picture (fuel tank return line) it just builds up PSI endlessly. So no hole.
If you can shine a torch threw it then there must be a hole straight through and mine is blocked.
i tried really strong air hose...
Please see attached pic. The carb return line to my fuel tank i believe is blocked. When i pressure test into the hose barb no air is escaping. I am assuming it is blocked but cannot find exactly where there is meant to be a hole and what size. I tried blowing air gun through it. I tried putting...
Update. I drilled and tapped for a heli coil in the holes which are now fixed. There was enough metal to upsize the drill to fit the helli. It did split around the metal thread of the hull a bit at the top of the thread inserver which could potentially cause some water leak into the hull. So i...
my 2014 rickter xfs has four holes obviously for the pump to be bolted into the hull. the two to the front of the ski (pump shoe end) will not lock tight they spin.
they are 10mm threaded bolts. The thread inside the hull appears to be metal inserts. i can see the thread visually worn looking...
Superjet
701 motor
bpipe
tdr waterbox.
38mm carbs.
When you wide open the throttle and let the throttle off the exhaust is making a whistle noise. Cannot determine why.
The pipe that goes through the hull that connects the jet pump water intake hose on the outside of the hull to the hose going to the exhaust manifold on the inside of the hull is clogged up on my superjet.
I am pretty sure it is clogged up with sand. The only problem is i cannot get it to...
slow drip hey. i dunno how well it would work without taking the steering cable out to get it vertical. it is a pain in the ass to get the steering cable out as so many parts have to come out to do it. i have not got one out without pulling the motor and pump.
This has just happened. When i turn to the right and the steering cable retracts on the nozzle end of cable and extends on the handle bar end of cable the further the cable goes in on the nozzle end it starts to grip and moves far less freely. i have isolated it to the cable by disconnecting...
Ok well it took a while to get the parts. But mounting the bushings inside out rather then the the other way i can torque way more almost to full arm strength. And i put high strength permanant thread lock on. Havnt ridden yet but seems a lot better i cant undo the button head bolts via hand...
