go to local muffler shop, have them bend two pipes ( length will vary depending how high you want it), then weld some angle iron, some paint and casters, 2" pipe holds rollbar padding nicely. I think I have a total of $40 invested in it.

NO, if your'e referring to pulse/pick-up coil. That gives the CDI the signal to pulse the coil.
