Check the resistance of the blue and green wires at the connector going into the ebox should be 800-1200 ohms. Then check for AC voltage while cranking should see atleast 250mV. Stator (pulse coil) failure was pretty common on Kawis.
go to local muffler shop, have them bend two pipes ( length will vary depending how high you want it), then weld some angle iron, some paint and casters, 2" pipe holds rollbar padding nicely.

Try the stubby cone first, 85mm on exit may be too much. Contact Glen at Skat for nozzle size recommendations, that guy's a genius when it comes to pump tuning.
