Mines the same as well , I've been wondering about this , engine runs rough going slow but as soon as I go past 1/4 throttle she takes off super smooth . She idles great as well

It's winter in Canada , so it's holding up great ! No riding lol

I bought mine red but it was all chipped so I blasted it and used high heat caliper paint.... We will see how it holds up

I barely had to shim mine, I bolted up the manifold to the head then the manifold to the pipe and then bolt the modified stock bracket to the pipe and shim it to the Ada bracket

I used dielectric grease on the O-rings because I was told that it won't prematurely wear out the rubber like other grease does

I just ordered the jets , did some research and looks like a 145 main 120 pilot and a 95 gram spring should do the trick for my setup. The ski was stock last season
