No it's not... Its just a chemical reaction with the plastic... I highly recommend NOT using Solo cups. You should at least use Dixie paper cups, or pay the extra penny per cup and buy the good ones meant for mixing. The smoke/chemical reaction between the epoxy-resin and plastic cup...
