Connect two small wires from your battery +\- to the tiny posts on the solenoid, if it turns over you problem is wiring 'to' the solenoid. If it doesn't turn over your solenoid is toast. Jim

The electric box chassis rear (metal part) is effectively an earth plate so you can connect all black rings to one or anywhere on the backing plate, just make sure the surfaces are clean and paint free. Jim

When changing out a 144 to a 155 Skat Mag do you change the reduction nozzle as well? And the pump shoe? Thanks - sorry if these are dumb questions!

Yeah I've done a couple of Protec extended's on a Thrust trim (reduction nozzle is solid, but steering nozzles let go)
