I just bought a 2006, and I would have to say there are definety things that need to be changed. The factory turf, impeller, and intake definetly suck. They are also still priced more than an SXR.

I can get a Solas yb-cd 13/17 at cost, just wondering if this would be ideal for low to midrange. It's for my 06 Superjet, all stock. Also wondering about the install, is it hard? Any links out there? My mechanical skills are mild at best, but I also am going to be installing Rickter footholds...

One big complaint though, the padding is really slippery. I originaly wasn't going to do any mods, but after riding it this weekend, I'm going to order up some Hydro-turf, intake grate, and a rideplate. My choices are Worx or R & D, any suggestions? After 2 years of riding and bouncing all over the place, different ride plates, etc, I finally found the solution. I went and bought a 2006 Superjet. :) Wow, what a machine. WOT is no problem at all.

Yup! I'm maybe thinking theres a water bubble in the gas. It's such an annoying little problem. I used to own a 95 sxi, same silly problem.

I have the exact same problem with my 02 sxi pro, choke removed and a primer installed.
