I got the yamaha T handled tuning screws for the Mikuni Dual 38's from Blowsion, but on my 701 62t out of a Wave Raider with dual carbs they are different thread sizes!!!! I measure the carbs right where it bolts to the intake and I got 39.7 mm......... anyone know where I can get the T handled...
check the return line plumbing on the carbs. There is a restrictor on one of the carbs that keeps pressure in the carbs but still lets unused fuel out. I had a problem where mine were plugged. do a good clean on the back side of your carbs where your return lines are. if still weak fuel pumpin...
ya the ski is runnin way better with the pop off pressure and I routed my cooling differently so my pipe is runnin way cleaner. I need the correct jets and ill tune it in best I can. plugs look perfect so it is running good enough for now.

OK I played with my carbs with my engine builder and got them to pop off at 55 PSI the high speed jets in the pto carb are 130 and the mag carb are 120 the low speed jets in both carbs are 67.5. and it is the 1.5 seats.
