Reeds are likely candidate but before I did anything I'd throw a compression gauge on it. I know you don't wanna hear that but it's an easy check and a weak cylinder could be the issue. If not reeds or weak cylinder its plausible to have a crank or drive line bearing tightening up. Good luck...

Im only doing one more procedure then your local guy. going bi directional with the plateau hone helps reduce the need for chamfering and cleans the microscopic slag from the boring bar out of the port sides and bottom. Stock width ports dont even hardly need chamfering.

For a price like that id have told them to keep it and bought another cylinder. lol

Your right on the money. Could get away with say .040" or possibly a little less if combustion hemisphere is larger, but deff .2mm or .008" is not enough squish clearance.

I'm going to talk inches... If you cut 2mm or .078" of the bottom of cylinder and are using a +5mm crank with stock thickness base gasket the piston pop up will be too high. You'll have the top ring coming too close to the deck surface and risk catching the ring. I'd have to measure for exact...

These poles Are extremely will built and very very strong. I believe you would rip the pole bracket off most hulls before the pole broke. As said above they are heavy though

It's quite important to have both case dowels in place. Just flip the motor over with the stator, starter, and flywheel cover off. pop the lower case half off and put the dowel in. If case sealant is fresh you should be able to just do a light coat of fresh sealant and bolt it back together...

It's hard to tell the gaskets apart if you don't have them side by side. 61x gasket will not allow a 10mm bolt to pass easily through the bolt holes. You could also mock it up to the cylinder. the 61x gasket will hang down into the exhaust Port on the 760 cylinder. Hope this helps some!

I can not say if they are all like my jb1. But, my jb hood was a full wrap and was only primer under the graphics. Rest of the hull had the base color paint like franny said.

Either a factory pipe type 4 or a Riva freeride pipe which was made by factory pipe. They are both very similar only a few minor differences. Great pipe but heavy and hard to keep in place. Not worth a whole lot to this community. Chuck Palmucci CPT Enterprise LLC

What tires do you run on those? Im not happy with either Tire/ wheel combo I've tried. Wheelies work great and are light but constantly have leaks and loose air. And the 21" FS black tires with the above wheels are just crazy heavy
