I have used uship.com also but it seems to be much easier to get a shipper and a better rate when going up and down rt95. Over to Michigan might take a little longer to find someone and I believe is going to cost you more

How long has the engine been together with those pistons? Has it been over bored?
My observation is the piston wash is a little dense/thick for a short time of running (again don't know how long the engine has been together). That would be a tell tail that (as said above) you could be a hair...
Was a wingless race (don't often do this) so all wrecks hit a lot harder with out the big pillow on top a sprint car. Started last ( 19th) due to a carb problem in the qualifying race, was up to around 7th long before half way in the race. was passing around the out side and got shoved into the...
Thanks all for the well wishes. it really means alot. Didn't get final test yet due to auto accidents needing the machines and doctors (least that's what they say) .
@DAG rockfish speedway is actually a cool little track for micros. if you're in the area you should check it out some night they...
Afternoon all. I will be away from the shop for at least a week or a little more. I was injured in a micro sprint car crash at rockfish speedway in Raeford NC. I'm still currently in the hospital with fractured c6 c7 and t1 vertebrae and a partially calpsed lung. I have had full feeling in my...
I am Builder number 3.
Tyler I just sent you an email. Emailing is definitely not my strong suit for quick response. I know your current situation out of the country serving our country makes it difficult for phone conversation. That being said for anyone else attempting to get in touch with me...
Your cylinder is consistent with most of the old Riva "race"/go fast engines I've seen come across my bench. After you subtract the .75mm negative deck height you have from the port measurements you took your exhaust opens at 83.8 deg atdc (192.4 deg duration), intake opens at 115.5 deg atdc...
Perfect response IMO.
50/50, 93 mixed with 103 or higher race fuel will be sufficient no need to go all race fuel. Could even run aviation fuel straight and avoid detonation but are likely to see a slight loss in performance compared to the 50/50 mix.
Threads like this make me think there is hope for the stand up jet skiing public. The fact that someone on this site actually cares to learn how to ride and turn there ski is amazing. Most want to throw 2 feet in the back and do some back flip/ aerial trick before they learn the basics of...
Wow 85mm on stock 61x sleeves!!! Don't invest too much into parts you put inside this, your very likely to have sleeve issues. I go 84 all the time and one time went 84.25 to save a friends cylinder but that is MAXX IMHO

Very well constructed and love the through bolt. But Not easy to align only because there is no graduation of movement like with shims. To much vibration for my liking. I ran them a week and took them out. Just my $.02
Sounds crazy but a good friend of mine had a similar problem getting shocked around when he hit the green button to start the engine. Ended up being the stator plate came loose and flywheel was hitting the stator coils when the starter torqued the engine and sent a shock through everything metal...
At 84mm it's definitely questionable which is better. The 61x has a little more transfer volume due to the o.d. of the sleeve being smaller. But un ported the 64x sleeve to cylinder casting matches much better and the casting is stronger. Exhaust Port width is similar. Real benefit of the 64x is...
Plugs were very dark brown and read very rich just following your last ride when i was shown them. Upping the main will do nothing to help this issue with your tuning already as rich as it is. Need to look into cylinder/head temp and make sure not cold seizing. Temp label on head and a 15 min...
This does not mean the Enhancer is bad for sure. If you reverse two wires this happens. Can't remember if it's the white and the white/red or another two. @Little_Franny knows off the top of his head I believe. Seems to come up every few years, just long enough for me to forget which two wires.
Can Def take some off the tail cone it comes with or impros makes a stubby cone to fit these. I switched to the impros stubby on a ski that was pretty badly over propped. It was noticeable and made it ok to ride but still ended up pitching the prop down to maximize output.
