Yeah it dropped to 180/185 after first fire. I guess it has been the little squirt of oil combined with all new bore and pistons.

I had a small shot of oil in each hole. Yes squish is 1.50mm wich should be close to perfect. Yes DASA base gasket. i will fire it up tomorrow and see if it settle a bit.

Well i thought that skat 1 piece, did not have steel wearring/sleeve. because its ages since ive seen one. Most other 1 piece billet pumps, the alu housing is the wearring (no sleeve). But good thing you got the thing apart, now it should be easy to pute the steel sleeve in a lathe an machine...
