Check for bad ground too. If you ride salt it eats the neg cable. Use a jumper cable from battery -neg to motor if it turns over ur cables bad.

Most pistons I have installed are identical in size so typically it doesnt matter. With 2 seasons on them they are sure to be worn down some anyways. Lightly hone it and install new rings and wrist pin bearings at a minimum. If you can afford it replace the entire piston as it wears faster than...

How does it feel right now? If its a heavy hull which i think krash are the 11/17 will be snappier. The Dasa 850 engines arent known for bottom end power so it would help bottom end. Whats the nozzle diameter and pump cone size?

I agree with Harbor the prop seems tall. I have similar setup and i run a 13/19 in a 155 skat pump with my dasa 1200 at 220psi on pump gas so 12/19 at 160mm seems big to me. Maybe a smaller pump cone and open up the nozzle diameter if it is possible.
