I had an issue like this but mine broke up on the water. It ended up being a bad stator. I tested the stator it tested fine cold with an ohm meter but the minute it gets hot it breaks up. I tested it hot 1 coil on stator was out of range. I replaced the coil on the stator problems solved. Are...

Most pistons I have installed are identical in size so typically it doesnt matter. With 2 seasons on them they are sure to be worn down some anyways. Lightly hone it and install new rings and wrist pin bearings at a minimum. If you can afford it replace the entire piston as it wears faster than...

I agree with Harbor the prop seems tall. I have similar setup and i run a 13/19 in a 155 skat pump with my dasa 1200 at 220psi on pump gas so 12/19 at 160mm seems big to me. Maybe a smaller pump cone and open up the nozzle diameter if it is possible. Sent from my SM-G781U using Tapatalk
