Rosie, you should find the thread where I asked for constructive criticism on flips. Lots of good info in there. I started out with the same form as you, fully extended, back arched. After getting the good advice I did from Jace and a few others I started tucking during rotation and it sped up...
They look great and I wish they didn't break, but I went through a few of them, even a couple different versions and the threaded ears broke off all of them in very short time.
Went through the Canadian chamber of commerce. Had to use the services of a lawyer and go though a list of stuff to comply and now I can provide a manufacturers certificate of origin with my hulls. I also went through transport Canada to obtain a manufacturer ID and I can also provide HIN numbers.
We do some cold riding up here in Canada http://www.x-h2o.com/index.php?threads/2nd-annual-freeze-your-nuts-colder-smaller-and-more-shrinkage-then-ever.142380/
@badvinny is running the 240cca with his Dasa +12 and +16mm strokers, I'm sure it would be fine for your application. Plus they're dirt cheap on Amazon.
No, they start at 94 and go up .5mm increments, so there are 2 more bores. Starts at 1082cc at 94 I believe. All motor manufacturers name their motors based on final bore in my experience.
Vinny runs a charging system, I run TL. The only time I had my Battery Tender lithium go dead from riding was in Daytona, but it was on the water from 8am to 4 pm with not much time spent on the shore. I do not have a bilge pump.
