This is me on a no footholds 550 on flat water. Ride plate and head only. Style points are awarded for riding it out. :eek: And not crashing into the bottom. :rolleyes: Be careful I have hit the bottom hard enough to get the ski stuck and I came up before it did.
You start with a few bunny hops to get the nose in the air. Push your feet outwards to grip the tray. When you feel good about your bunny hop height you push the pole and pull your feet up. :)
