Hi everyone! I received my Wetjet intake (thanks Blasterdude!) and am getting everything setup to throw it on. I was curious if I should clean up the inside a little. I know it's not supposed to be a mirror finish on the inside but is the factory rough texture optimal?
On the intake side...
Here is my 1980 Arctic Cat Panther project sled. I upgraded the primary to a Comet 180c (F-2 cam with pink spring), modern button secondary, VM round slide carb just to name a few upgrades. This thing moves really good for a 440 fanner! It had been a really fun project!
I came across an add for a Solas Xprop for a Blaster or Superjet. How does this compare to a Solas Supercamber I or K prop? Anybody ever used one? How was it? Comparible to a Hooker 10-16?? This is pretty cheap so though I'd ask you guys for some input. Thanks for your help!!
The one in the box is a brand new prop that has never been installed. The one that's in my ski appears to be a stainless unit but is OEM with the hex exposed on the outside.
How do you think that would run in my ski? It has a 61X motor with a wetjet pipe, Westcoast head, 46mm SBN carb, Oceanpro FA, TDR waterbox and a little port work. I'm at 4000' above sea level. How much are you selling your prop for?
