The same thing happened to a starter mount on a set of cases I bought. I ended up grinding most of the bolt mount boss off and just welding up the mount. Grinding it down to look like OEM, center punching the thing and redrill and tap like new. This is the best way I thought it could be fixed.

Heliarc a smaller bolt to the broken bolt, and use lots of WD-40. Wiggle it till loose.

Needs more cow bell.

Yea its good. Each time I fine/see a good post/thread I print it out at work, 3 hole punch it and put it in my binder I keep in my shop. It comes in very handy. No more running online trying to find that thread with the info. Even the McMaster list is printed out and in the binder.
