sounds like the inline fuel filter or the bucket filter in the carb is plugged up, since you haven't even mentioned looking into the carb or fuel system
its a proven fact that all the performance gains from the Coffman 1100 pipe on the sitdown, were had from the Coffman waterbox, not the pipe itself.
