    66E Conversion

Have been pretty busy so haven't had a whole bunch of time to work on this but sending the cylinders out today for plating, cammed and started running the exhaust manifold a couple weeks ago but blew the spindle drive on the mill, replaced the transistors that blew but they just blew again so...

    999 4 mil and bpipe

How much would you want on top of a stock motor? What about on top of a ported 61x/62t 83mm bore ie 735cc?

    Boats

A boat is just a bigger hull in the water to throw money into. Lol I actually did have a Donzi 22ft problem that was given to me, had a 400hp 454 which I think was pretty hot for when it was made (84) I almost flipped it once when it was only running on 6 cylinders. But I think they way you...

    62t 61x reverse engineering/billet machining

NIce, and yeah I'll get a price from a couple of my guys and see what they come up with, quantity always helps too if you end up making a bunch

    62t 61x reverse engineering/billet machining

I thought that sounded expensive but it has been a while since I quoted much over 2" thick, probably before corona and all that. Also I would think you could do one piece manifolds with what you have at your disposal? Probably even billet headpipes if you went with two 135* turns instead of one...

    62t 61x reverse engineering/billet machining

You can pay around $2/lb for 6061 if you do some shopping around, almost any large metal supplier right now will be under $5/lb, the first guy you quote from might be 6 or more. So anywhere from $90-$300 for a piece 12"x6"x6" depending on who you buy from

    62t 61x reverse engineering/billet machining

I figgured that was the fast finish since it’s for stamping a mask lol still looks good. Also that’s a very cool position to be in. The kitamura is a mycenter 1 apc, mid 90s i80 control. Today I have to pull the drawbar out to replace the collet since yesterday I smashed it backing it out of a...

    62t 61x reverse engineering/billet machining

Finish looks great on those dies, maybe an otherh machine is in our future, getting frustrated with the kitamura and sold our 4th axis mill. Currently our only multi axis milling is on our lathes lol. I’m surprised your still working on this with imts 2020 cancelled, are you going to be demoing...

2010 SJ intermittent stall below half tank

Is it possible your tank isn’t venting? Seems weird that it would take that long to starve for fuel if that was the case but maybe. Do you hear air rushing in when you pull the cap off to fuel/have you tried unscrewing the fuel cap when it dies on you?

Super Jet 701 not running. Pls help

Fire- the engine actually starts, ie there is a fire in the cylinder pushing the piston down Crank- the starter turns the engine Are you saying the starter motor doesn’t spin at all when pressing the start button, if so that is an entirely different issue to whether the ski has spark. And has...
