Got any pics for a squarenose pole?

I want to start on the handpole and taking out 4 inches but I would like to see some pics before I start. And have any pics of the shortening process?

Sounds like an interseting idea to run a foamless ski and have drain plugs. Im in the process of reinforcing the ski and defoaming. Would this work out better for flatwater rather than surf. And how are the XFT scuppers, thinking about running duals.

So did you have the metal collar outside of the pole? I am gonna try to find a way to have it look like it wasn't cut by having the metal on the inside of the pole...And then I may wrap the whole thing with carbon fiber for added strength and looks.

I recently bought a 1990 superjet and it came with a 6m6 motor in peices. The motor was junk. I am now looking for a new motor, one with a lot of bottem end power. I am thinking of a 701 motor, 62t case with 61x top end. The only superjet I have ridden had a 760. Here are the specs on the motor...

But on the topic of what to do with the skis, I'd probably part everything out and get as much money as I could and buy a superjet. I have a 650sx and just recently bought a squarenose project. In my opinion the superjet is just an all around better jet ski.

I will be running dual scuppers on my square nose and I have to eliminate the stock exhaust tube. So I was looking at some pics a month ago of what looked like a 24/7 carbon fiber exhaust outlet that mounted on the right rear side of the ski. It was flush with the hull. Looked at their web site...

Have you ever refoamed before? If you want you could stop by my house and check out my ski. About 4/5 of the foam is all out.
