All they hype is the b pipe and probably for good reason. I run a protec which I've read that some people say it's similar to the b pipe but a little cheaper if you can find one. I've never ridden a b pipe, But can tell you that my protect hits pretty good. Also have a stock exhaust in the...

Then you can do a top end swap to 701 ( cylinders, pistons, head) and it will bolt up to the 650 bottem end. This is my setup right now. You'll need some kind of ignition control to up or adjust your rev limit to take potential of the bigger cc's. You may get to a point where te 650 case will...

You can do a top end, you can do a complete motor 61x or 62t if you want. Only limiting factor would probably be if your motor now is a 650

Jetting is rich, what to change

Plugs are still rich, piston tops are clean and wet and I'm on 7/8 on hs and close to 1.25 on ls. I don't get why this setting is running so good. The motor should be starving of fuel but it's not! Any ideas???

Super Jet Need advice on plug readings

Me, personally, would shoot for a chocolate brown plug color. It's what I do for my other two strokes, but I'm finding out some if these engines like a rich mix with a pipe... IMO I'd say your right on the edge. Unless those plugs are brand new and might color a little darker yet

Jetting is rich, what to change

I am working with the three bolt tops 38's but they don't have the same internal protrusions in the throat as a spare set of 38's I have on the bench. Any how, after taking my carbs off and seeing how the protec manifold lined up with the 6m6 reed cage plate, I decided to do some epoxy ing and...

Jetting is rich, what to change

I also have a single 44 and the single intake manifold for the 6m6... Would this be a better option as opposed to the dual 38 or 40's. I did some measuring and am Leaning more towards the duals I have, Being 38's

Jetting is rich, what to change

I've got a 6m6 bottom with 61x top and a protec rec head paired with a protec pipe and protec dual carb intake with what I believe to be 40's on there... The butterfly has the mikuni jet symbol followed by 150 on it and the opening on top measures 40 mm. Anyway, it's rich. Way rich.... Eats a...

Carving one leg out of tray

Like it says, what's the best technique? I can do it a little but not a major hang off the side and just rip it... Feels like my knee is going to snap lol! Do you guys lock your knee, keep it bent? Put your foot that's in the tray on the low side or high side? I think I've figured out it's alot...
