Hello guys!
I got a roll of gasket (cork) material for my leak down test i do on my engines.
now thinking about it, will I be able to make my own gaskets for real use?
just paste and cut, unless someone had issues going this route ?
thanks...
tom or anyone that knows:
witch tubbies go on witch side?
the sharp end goes towards nose or towards the tray?
please advice as i'm ready to install,
thanks....
thanks for the advice tom!
I didnt do any of that, after 15 screws it pulled up pretty good :ugh2:
and glassed over with 3 coats with plenty of resin so far, will that be enough coats ?

you can see in the following picture that even the other (right) side is not even also on some of the edges, like the top.
so i will need to trim/file to make it fit, but how would i trim on the top there to fit? cause I cant trim too much since i need edge to screw the holds to the tray...
thanks for letting me know, i will give that a try, just dont want to returf again just because i used wrong brand of glue!
was on the phone with dap canada just now, and it turns out that they do not carry that particular product in canada!
