I can answer that for you in a couple weeks. I took off my xmetal adjustable plate to try out the cold fusion setup on my RN. I picked up the CF setup cheap, so I figured I'd give it a try, see how it feels to be on a bandwagon. To me, the xmetal is a superior design because of the bearings...
