    The hull came with pole bracket fitted, hood prongs, latch and catch fitted. We elected for billet hood prongs, and a billet adjustable latch. pole fit was therefore dead straightforward. Connect cables and we ready for motor.

    Lots of "niff naff" jobs, internal tank fuel filters, turf under tank, behind waterbox, tank straps, engine keepers etc whilst there is plenty of space before the motor gets fitted.

    Now the pump shoe is in, this really is just a straight forward assembly job now. Dropped the motor onto the mounts - once again no shimming required.

    We are using an extended work 242 scoop. Pump fit is achieved with no shims required. Appropriate warning labels attached to jet eflux area :)

    Once bonded in place, with the "teeth section" that is also attached with 4 x m6 cap heads, add scoop grate , cables, cooling lines, pump and rideplate and ski can be flipped right way over.
