It may not have been properly tightened when installed. Can't think of any other logical explanation.

One full sheet is enough to turf your ski. HT only sells B stock when it's on hand. They don't produce a bunch of blem stock on purpose, so it's just a matter of waiting for a bad batch sometimes.
