    Remote mount fuel pump on a kawi 650 means the small 28mm carb right? I'd just upgrade the carb now instead of rebuilding it. A single SBN38 would do fine. 44's work too.

    Kawi 650sx. Learned to ride standups on one, so I bought one for myself. This was before I ever rode a superjet and learned what riding was really about. But I liked it alot at the time lol.     Do I need to re tune my superjet after switching back to oem waterbox??

    He's worried it was jetted for a waterbox that is no longer going to be in the ski and that it might require re-jetting. Seems pretty obvious.... OP- You likely won't need to rejet, waterboxes don't do much exhaust flow wise.

    You mean the bar that connects from the trailer to the hitch that mounts on the ski? I don't know where to get one no, but fabbing one might not be too hard.

    62t ignition, advanced a couple degrees. 61x cylinder bored to 84mm. Oem dual 44's from a 760. vforce reeds 210 compression limited b pipe Porting template port job, so no raised ports.

    Just for reference, my power delivery issues currently are using waxheads suggested reverse jetting. I'm actually about to try normal jetting just to see what happens.

    My ski is also light switch, its adjsutable up to about 1/2 throttle then its all or nothing, which makes cruising at 3/4 throttle impossible. Very annoying. I'm hoping some jetting adjustments get the power linear for me.

    If the starter is still spinning I'd imagine its not a solenoid problem. I'd guess bendix.

    No, cap that and ignore. On most stock heads you have to drill and tap a new hole on the side for the second outlet.     90 is fine, 93 with ethanol is fine too. I run way more compression with what is about 94 octane.

    That gas in the cups looks terrible. I wouldn't run it.
