Now your talking!!! The local university I am working with on my hull project has a team I talked with doing some work for NASA using that type of technology for landing gear I think it was.... They have taken prepreg and braided it to form an open structure like you see in the bike below. Its...

the 7781 will give you great strength with out having to build up a heavy thick 1208 to do the same thing...
not sure if it was stated but use epoxy and thicken some epoxy w/micro balloons to fill the crack first so you seal her up and also lets the fabric lay nice and flush. If you can rig...
Polymer composites has great stuff, I have used several things on small custom projects. Call and talk to jerold (I think)
something like that, he knows his stuff... and can be a good help.
I get most my stuff through an aerospace plant and comp1 now. Most suppliers like comp1 can get what you...
here are tom's 25mm holds on a sxr I did for a customer! 25mm top and bottom... so far everyone who has kicked in loves them. And Tom is a great guy with great product!
aluminum flashing from lowes/home depot and a hot glue gun! (comes in several widths) perfect for bagging flange
really easy to form and shape, for complex shapes you just work in small sections and work your way around the part.

I love the look of carbon and its what im working with so of coarse I want to make...
Atleast im up front! And im sure E Rok understood what i was getting at! you do not...
The fact that E rok said "fabricator on the side" could mean he built it for Rok on the side and could careless
if I splash it, as he has no intention of selling or wants to waste/or have the time for it...
If i could get my hands on one of those I could splash it and build in carbon!!!
Let me know if he would do one for me... I would not need any tabs or anything or even the batt box as i will only use for a plug.
I have to finish my hull project first, which im closing in on but could get this...
yes, will work fine
0/90 is better as it can be layed both ways so its nice for fast strong build ups
for what your doing it really doesnt matter. just make sure you alternate your tow
Thanks roc!
I would just love to be able to start testing things on the pump side so that 1st I can learn about its function and 2nd knowing that the pump is setup right....
