Pump is all back in, properly aligned and shimmed and siliconed. Not much I can do at the moment. Waiting on stator screws so I can get the motor finished. Onto the new X2 project

Stator Screws and Flywheel bolts arrived from @schicks yesterday and I also sent OCD a 6m6 CDI to be modded for his adjustable rev limiter mod as a backup.

MSD from @superjetnj arrived today and looks new as can be!

Also, I sent out @speedysprocket my 61x flywheel to be lightened and painted orange for Landon aka Diamondaudio

Big Blowsion order comes in tomorrow and once that arrives all I need to buy is new jets/N&S/spring and new turf. Then it's assembling time the weekend of March 18-20th. @schicks is coming over from Michigan that weekend to help me with the footholds and to go to snocross so we should bang this thing out then! Weather is looking promising in the next couple of weeks so I may try to get it on the water for testing the following weekend and hit my last weekend of March or 1st weekend of April benchmark

Been awhile since I updated. Got the motor together last weekend and test fired it. I swapped the 33cc domes to 35cc domes and got 185/185 in each hole.

Carbs are re-jetted to @BruceSki specs:
135 main
72.5 low
2.0 needle and seat
95 gram spring

Added the blowsion limiting rope and new white grips.

I am turfing the ski with diamond cut snow camo turf

Had work off today, so I came up to Wisconsin and knocked out the footholds. Not the best foothold job as its only my second time, but a huge improvement than the first SJ I did. It is built surf tough and I don't care about weight!!!! I care about strength. I am going to add another layer of glass in a couple weeks before turfing

Motor is all ready to go with cooling lines setup and factory pipe head pipe screws set properly.

Only thing left is to install the Dakine X lace foot strap and inserts ,turf and then get a brand new start stop switch and a new OCD coil so I'll have all brand new electronics for peace of mind.

Should be on the water for a mid-April braaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaap

Getting close, finally on the home stretch!

Came back today after letting the glass cure all weekend. Everything is sealed up nicely and I did a better job than I thought I would.

Still suck at turfing haha but I could care less about looks as I'm going to abuse this b!tch anyways

Got my fuel lines, primer lines and cooling lines done as well

I'm hoping I don't need a new throttle cable, I noticed today my throttle wasn't opening the carb all the way. There is still about an 1/8th of pull left at full throttle. Hopefully some tinkering will figure it out, but I ran out of time today. I messed with it some, but not enough to justify buying a replacement just yet.

However, I'm already replacing all old things with brand new, so what's a new cable and thrust finger throttle haha

I'd say about 95% done now. On to the small BS stuff

Still need to :
1)order my new oem start stop switch
2)get an OCD coil
3) once 1 & 2 are ordered and arrive, need to finish up the ebox and seal it up
4) get a cap to plug the "on" fitting on the gas tank
5) buy an additional pisser and drill a hole for it
6) new throttle cable and throttle maybe? But hopefully not
7) re-do bilge wiring
8) figure out where I should place my X-lace foot strap
9) replace Michigan Reg numbers with the new Wisconsin ones

Once I do all that it will be water testing time and then tuning and dialing this ski in. Really anxious to ride it and see how much more power it has over my crappy old 61x with a sizzler pipe.

Decided to just go ahead and buy everything now from Jetmaniac today. New JM big bore cable, ADA throttle wheel, 2 new ADA pissers, OCD ignition Coil, brand new OEM start stop switch and new finger throttle will be here shortly.

Figured, since I have to make an hour and half drive to the ski that I would just get everything at once in case the throttle cable isn't usable. This way, I am not wasting time and ripping the ski sooner. Thanks @JetManiac for being a one stop shop!

Ski will be done and fired next time I am up at the lake next week....BRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAP
