Thanks for finally putting together. Cant wait to try this motor out. Low weight, more even cooling, reduced cost, porting looks great. I keep telling everyone 2013 will be the year to look back at for big changes. Here is another reason.

right on bud, thats what ive been saying, alot of good changes going on in the ski world this yr,with all the new ocean freerides going on this yr and new products coming out its going to be a very interesting yr to say the least..

another good slogan might be...Powa to the people...Pro performance on a amateur budget

This setup will drop right onto any 701/760 based bottom end with some clearancing of cases needed for the 95mm pistons to drop in. Everything will be a straight bolt in from a current Yami setup.

Basically you can trash your stock top end, get Erik to port your cases and drop this bad boy on top to run 940cc (I think exact numbers are 946cc, Erik can chime in)... with stock stroke reliability...

Could someone speak more to the case porting services. Is the only case porting that will occur for the purposes of piston clearance or does this top end require/perform better with significant case porting (and will the cases require aluminum epoxy to fill in case voids)?

Also any budgetary prices for porting/epoxy services would be great in an effort to determine if this is a doable project.

Stock cases don't flow well enough for a 81mm bore so you're definitely going to need to have extensive port work done for a 95mm bore.

Eric is unreal at case porting..For this motor setup they are hogged out significantly. He is very affordable for this kind of service as well..

will u guys have any standord stroke top ends avaiable at wavedaze in april

Yup, they are planning on doing a big first run, there will probably be top ends and short blocks available for purchase at WaveDaze as well as a few demo boats, but he will update you closer to the event when there is a better idea of what is going on with sales.

We will see if we can get some solid numbers for everyone to work with
