crossfit is a pretty sick work out. Although I don't appreciate kipping pull ups at all. Maybe they are good for cardio, I don't know.
But I'd like to get a 45 bar and 2 45 lb weights off of craigslist and start doing the FRAN workout. Very awesome.
since I still do jumping pull ups so I can't really talk about them very much....but kipping really works your shoulders....and butterfly kips just look miserable!

the hubby and I crossfit 5 days a week.....it is killer but so addictive. I actually have muscle tone now :lmao:
Thursday night put me on my arse .... 500m row...12 power cleans ....and 15 thrusters....5 rounds for time.
I forgot to change my weights out during my first round of thrusters....went to throw it up and realized my mistake and the weights flew behind me...luckily I didn't rip my shoulders out of socket...and no one saw it. WAY too heavy for me. I ended up taking a well needed rest day on Friday after that one. :bigok:
