a gen 1 looks pretty damn close to a 300sx. they evolved over time and shaped things but definately started with a 300sx, the current freak pretty much looks nothing nor holds characteristics of a sn other than the fact of what bolts inside.

come to the belle river ride in july (21st &22nd), pretty sure there will be a good list of skis to try
rickter, rok, G2, G3, Freak, KDX, cut back oem hulls, may even be some other hulls
theres a good group of guys in ontario, if you go to the gta jetpilots sub forum and introduce yourself you will find you will have lined up rides on skis before you even get there

Yep pretty much. When I ordered my freak there weren't that many in circulation so I ended up flying down to Florida and riding with Tem, Lucas and Jetmaniac. I had ridden other hulls I absolutely hated so it was well worth the $500 quick trip to make sure I was buying the right thing.

Stating things that you have no clue about. Then gen 1 was a heavily modified 300 plug, but the gen 2 was there own plug that they started with. I've never understood your hate with the ski clinic?
Your superfreak is a lot closer to a superjet than a bob is to a 300

All I'm saying is there gen2 is so far from a 300sx you can't call it a 300sx hull anymore. They went thought multiple plugs and a lot of testing to reach the gen2 stage. It's not just a 300sx hull with some sponsons and bondo, when they keep developing plugs from there previous hulls.
Everyone is so quick to call a BOB just a modded 300sx hull, but you don't see anyone calling a rickter just a 650sx hull or a rok just an sxr.
If the hull had a different name and was $4000 more it wouldn't get nearly as much flack

BOB Gen1 started as a 300sx, but the bottom decks between a Gen1 and a 300 are completely different. Absolutely nothing similar between the 2.
XFS was modified from the FS1, which was based off the Super Jet.
So if you say that a G3 is just a modded 300, then a XFS is just a modded Super Jet.

I was told from a couple people in Quebec that are supposedly close with Rick Roy that they used a superjet bottom deck and a 650sx top deck for the plug
