Ok, I got it after installing new version from zeel website. Looks like you upped the timing down low. I'll give it a try out tomorrow, thanks

Hey can anyone out there in Zeel land please put a multimeter on their battery and see what they are charging at. My battery went flat last time and I am a charging system. I put a whole new front cover etc and regulator but i dont seem to be puming out many volts into the battery

I have the same problem. I have the older model Zeel.

I don’t think it’s the zeeltronic as the charging circuit is seperate. Mine is a new one as well. So low current draw.

I recently checked a 61x and running was only .1v or less more than not running.

I don't remember the numbers but I also have checked and was surprised how close running was to non running. I was expecting something like 13.5 volts running and checked three voltage regulators before realizing what I was seeing was normal. Some fraction of a volt increase when running as I recall, these things have pretty wimpy charging systems.

Tested a 62t and it was only (point .2 ) volts more while running on the work stand, quick tested....

My suggestion is test your charging over time with ski in water, do a bunch of starting to draw the battery down. Keep monitoring at different rpms....

I was expecting 13 -13.5 volts. Ski wasn’t charging and the battery went flat. So had a look and saw a dodgy wire on the reg. Thought when I checked it after that it wasn’t charging still. Maybe it is now and it’s just never much

Are these being checked at idle? I know on another ski I have, the voltage is around 12.8 at idle, and goes up over 14 at wot.

I didnt want to wot it on the trailer but i gave it a bit of throttle

Same here I didn't go to WOT because I was just running it dry in my shop but I did rev it up and it never went up much.
