So you dont even have to grind the small lump off anymore. Pretty cool, Its a little bit more but pretty awesome no front cover removal now

Very cool. What is the spark output compared to the current unit?

I have some one with an sxr coming to see me soon and I will know for sure. But its a few weeks away. We have the ski and the igniton but he is 8 hours away from me and so I am waiting on him to bring it to me.
 
Hey can anyone out there in Zeel land please put a multimeter on their battery and see what they are charging at. My battery went flat last time and I am a charging system. I put a whole new front cover etc and regulator but i dont seem to be puming out many volts into the battery

I had the exact same thing happen to the zeel in my SJ with a charging system. I let the ski sit for about 3 weeks between rides and the battery went down to 5v. Put a 12 amp charger on it to bring it back overnight. Got it cranking but no spark. Turns out the 3v zeel fuse blew. I replaced it and it held, but still no spark. I contacted Borut directly and he warrantied the zeel. I am back to stock 62t until I get the new one in the mail. My buddy is having a very similar issue in his charging system too. He has intermittent spark with no resolution so far. Sometimes it works, and sometimes no. I have had great luck with the unit in my 967 so I am hoping my luck holds up.

Ohh yea, I checked my charging system in my SJ and was reading 13.1 v at idle. Voltage was still climbing before I killed the engine so it would not get too hot.

I spent some time on ebay today looking to buy parts a build a backup system. It seems "64x" and "760" has caught on and there isn't much out there used now.
What other "part numbers" or "watercraft models" might the flywheel and stators go by?

what is your highest pump octane. we use a different rating system but its about the same as your highest pump i think its your 91
im at about 195 psi
