Around here (Minnesota, north central USA) usually 91 is the best you can do. This is (RON+MON)/2 my understanding is the rest of the world mostly uses RON which is a less stringent test thus higher number.
Once in a while you'll see a pump with 93 or 94 octane but we have "ethanol free" premium available most places and it's never higher than 91, so everybody uses the ethanol free 91 for stuff like this because ethanol sucks.
