Ladies and Gentlemen, the time has come for the two halves of the ski to become one.
Behold - a complete structure!! :Banane01: :cheer: :arms:
It's officially bonded.
I used 10 pumps of resin and hardener, as well as the equivalent volume of adhesive filler, on each deck.
I poured that into a caulking tube, and spread a 5/16" bead on the inside of the spacing rib on the hull, and in the corner of the top deck. Then I placed them together, and clamped. I set up the lights, and placed a thermometer on the most 'shaded' section. I checked back a couple of hours later, and the thermometer read 70 degrees. Now I just have to wait a couple of days, and it will be time to glass the sides. I'm on the backside of the mountain now folks!:woot:
Great job!! your're hired!!!!!:Banane01: :Banane01: :arms:
You must have been borrowing clamps from everyone you know  Looking good. Only about 2 months until Daytona :1244:
Congradulations:arms: :cheer: I've been there quite a few times and yes it does feel like quite an accomplishment.
I would also make sure that you go over the bond line and fill any gaps with that epoxy and ahesive filler, expecially inside the hull were all of the re-inforcements will be.
Great job!! your're hired!!!!!:Banane01: :Banane01: :arms:
Hey now, that was my line
Geek, seriously bro, brotha got some skillz!!! :woot:
Thanks man!
I only wish I had the outside temperatures that you do so that it would cure a little faster...

I'm only leaving them in there to tick people off...:cool2:
no reinforement to the rear side walls? i figured you would have thrown on an extra layer or two since you cracked your old hull there.
