It might be cheaper if you contract that out on a case-by-case basis to the lowest bidder.

FYI.

Day 7:

Went on a parts run to xscream, etc. - gone all day, no work down

Day 8:

Jetmaniac Team Rider Lucampits was in the shop today. A big thanks for all your help. We finished the rest of the turf. Installed turf strips for under gas tank and waterbox.

Aligned and installed the ebox brackets.

Started hood alignment/install. Finished hull hooks and test fit some components.

Thanks to Brian at thrust for hooking me up all my final build parts today.

Looking really good there! Will you transfer the SS 827 motor from your black ski or what?

I love my black ski in the surf with that motor so not right away. I will be posting the new motor pics soon.

The only reason my turf is done is because lucas did most of mine. I cranked up a propane heater and got the garage toasty before cracking open the flammable vapors from the glue.

thought you were going to put a rear foot strap in?

I was, I really wanted to try one out, but I couldn't find a position that worked well for my ride style. I move my feet around alot when I ride. I ride goofy and regular stance as well as in the footholds. I ride surf stance alot with my rear foot in either foothold. This is natural for me and I would now be standing partially on the footstrap in this stance so I left it out. Time was also a factor.

so, you mean we shouldnt have run the propane heater and turfed at the same time last night???

musta been all the smoke clouding our brains....

:shhh::bump:

as far as a rear strap...with a GOOD ffh, I think your backfoot will stay loose ALOT more......

I am doing my best reentry's now with the front locked, the rear foot loose and ready to adjust the attitde of the boat

the rear hold is getting used less and less
