Progress reprot??? Down to the last few weeks to finish it up... poop it has been so long without a report you have probably got this thing out on the water already...

Nope, hasn't seen the water yet...or paint!! havent had much time to work on it, I have a few layers of glass on the nose, still need to finish the nose and reinforce the inside, then I can move on to the hood then tray. Still need to order some BOB holds, turf, padding, paint, gelcoat, etc, etc, the list is never ending, lol. I am however excited because I gots me a brand new adjustable X-Metal pole delivered today :)

Here's an update...
Got the nose dialed in and glasses and removed most of the foam from it. going to do a little reinforcing from the inside and then the nose done. Hood is shaped and just needs glassing and I started reinforce the tray area. need to plumd in cooling line, add scupper, cut for exhuast and run tubing for steering. then I can foam and glass tray.
Here's a pic with the new X-metal pole mocked up, its just chillin on there and chin pad is only resting atop of it.
Hoping I can finish glassing everything fri-sat and start sanding of paint sunday. (be prepared to work Jordan, lol)

I have all parts ready to go, just need to order paint, turf, and new gas tank.

Still unsure if i want to buy new smaller* water box, and I think I am going to go without footholds for a little bit only cuase I don't feel like spending 300 bucks on the adjustable BOBs and I dont want to make perminent holds since I have no idea where the ideal stance and weight position is going to be.

The ski is looking great nate! You have my number you know Im down to lead a hand.

Just order the holds, You know where they will go! towards the rear! No since in having to turf and re turf etc. I know if you dont have holds you will ride it one time and want to put them on, I wouldnt waste the time without em. 24 days left!

looks like either a very big pole pad or cut some more off the hood in the back (where the pole goes).

ok Update time!
first problem new waterbox ATP is most likely not going to fit in the nose with that said what do people run in Micros and Circuses?
Started doing the body work which is something that i should have done cuase its adding additional weight but i just cant help myself it needs to be purdy ;-)

Weight so far hood 12lbs and Hull 80lbs (still need to glass tray) so weight is doing pretty good I think2013-06-29_21-57-50_402.jpg2013-06-26_22-06-04_564.jpg2013-06-26_21-51-11_829.jpg

Got the plumbing all done, Dual Cooling, Trim, Scupper, Exhuast and Steering. There is alot going on back there much more that I thought, I got so used to seeing it empty so when I was done I was surprised how much room is taken up by all this stuff. Hopefully no leaks

Just picked up an h20 designs water box they r pretty tiny, but the inlet and outlets on wb come pretty close to side of hull

My main problem is that the ATP exits straight out the top whereas the H20 and Xmetal come out at a 90, the 90 would make attaching a hose much easier. I was suprised to find that the ATP is no smaller then stock SN wb just weights less.

How is the H20 on noise?
