when some knucklehead thinks his kawi will even hold a candle to my yamaha! =
catching a ski on fire in my finished basement throwing it out the door while it is strapped to a stand and yelling for my kids to get the Fing HOSE!
Mine sits in the garage taunting me to go riding.
Every time I boot up my computer, she's there on my background.
Every time I take the garbage out to the garage...she's there!
When I stay home from riding to do chores or fix the house or tend to the grounds...she's always getting in the way!
When I come home from work at all hours of the night, she's the first to greet me as I come thru the garage door and remind me that I am neglecting my loved ones.
And if that's not bad enough, whenever I do manage to make some special time to spend together, she fires right up, yanks my arms, whips my ass and burns up all my gas. I tell ya, I just can win with her.
That's pretty frustrating right?
Holy crap! That's some crazy stuff. Thankfully you didn't get hurt.. That could have ended terribly..chasing an electrical fault with the plugs unscrewed but connected...(was a Kawi 550)..and when it finally did spark, excess fuel vapours from the open plug holes ignited and the grunge in the bottom of the engine bay started burning...fuel tank was full !!!!....then the battery exploded (i think hydrogen gas coming out of the hot battery caused that)....the crap thing was that I was in my girlfriends garage,....and had to make a quick decision...run like hell and risk losing the whole house and the ski, or drag the burining ski into the swimming pool....of course by this time I had no eyebrows or hair in front...and I was wondering what the hell the battery acid was doing to my face and body and was also expecting the whole gas tank to erupt any second....so into the pool we both went...ski got dunked and so did I......crisis over...girlfriend not amused at all, and ski now even worse off than before. and I looked like ...well a complete douche....good news is that i learned a lot that day

Had plenty of frustrating moments, one of the better ones from last year was the crank letting go in my sc and ruining the big bore top end, then the whole thing sunk while getting towed to the ramp
I have been changing out electrical parts and come to find out the baffle in the water box was broken.
