Crappy pic, but got everything mocked up today. I have a full size waterbox but the inlet is offset(it's an option Tim offers). It's tight, but I'm really surprised it fits in my rip with a TI5 tank.

Everything! Lol I need to cut the top corner and it needs to come down an inch...:/ the stinger is an inch too high from where the chamber sits.

@Mcarp6

I was thinking about the strait coupler too,

I was almost thinking about making both couplers an extra 1" to give more fuel space. This could maybe compromise power somehow

Both of my hump couplers ( EBay Obx-R so called 4ply) couplers have split in the hump on both occasions.

I went with a HD Vibrant Performance 4 Ply straight coupler this time around. I used to run these on my turbo cars so it's a top quality name.

I can't determine if I'm getting clogs and it's causing the pipe to get super hot and burn up and pop or it's the crappy eBay coupler....or a combo of both. This weekend I'll put it to the test.

I run a Flo-jet filter with #40 mesh and a fuel filter after that before the spray bar. I think I have to replace the #40 mesh with the finer #20 mesh. The #40 is not catching much of anything and I'm getting frequent clogs in the fuel filter.

Has anyone had luck with the #20 mesh filter ?

Just some ideas..
How well is your chamber strapped down? I'm using the straight coupler that was supplied and my chamber has 2 straps over the pad it sits on zero movement. Also might be worth checking your engine mounts, if that's all good make sure your sliding the chamber into the mani all the way.

It's no issue with mounting or support. My pipe came with nothing besides chamber, manifold, Waterbox so I asked questions and sourced out everything. I made 3 different supports on my chamber. The straps are very tight causing no movement at all. As for my mounts .....New couch mounts. I'm planning on burning a gallon of oil this weekend if I hold up, so I'll put it to the test.

Must be the cheap couplers, what jet are you running in your spray bar?
