im not preaching im just saying that i got good customer service from Jeff. and i have had bad dealings with other people in this industry but i dont go and slam them on the internet.

i got my complete hull and handle pole in six weeks from the day i orderd.i live in seattle and drove down and picked it up. Jeffs phone rang at least 50 times in the couple of hours i was there, so maybe if people werent calling every two days to see if there stuff had been shipped yet he could get something done. then i orderd a set of footwells for my other ski and recieved them in only two days. so i guess i could have spent more money on a sj clone and been just like every one else but in the end I have a nice ski that looks and perfoms better.

Dude, his parts are like crack and he feeds you just enough to keep you coming back LOL, I told him last night he was like a chic, that puts out just enough to keep you begging but some what satisfied LOL.
Bottom line is that so far I am happy with the quality and pricing and am dealing with the service because 2 out of 3 is better than most in this industry. Plus Jeff is always on cutting edge and trying new shiot that I love to here about and try.

Dont feel too bad Mile9 I aint got my pole yet either

:bigeyes: Where do you guys keep buying stuff??? I've been buying aftermarket parts and services for over 2 years now, and I have yet to have a "bad" experience. I had a couple grudges over quality, but overall, I have been extremely happy wherever I buy. Of course, I do try to make sure and order from reputable sources.
Anyways, I've seen your statement before and find it mind-boggling. :dunno:

This is supposed to be cool :bs2::bs2: All of this poop is the same story I got from Jeff all the time, I just don't take getting lied to as well as others. That is a horrible business practice, just f*cking ridiculous. As long as you take the poop from Jeff, he's nice to you, as soon as you call him on it, he's done with you. Shipping out poles to some people that ordered six weeks ago and then f*cking a guy to his knees that has been waiting almost two years......................yeah, I would defend a guy like that.

Well lets see the BASH threads on these issues. If you order something simple off the shelf from WDK you will also get good service w/ good quality, if you order something custom made (not avail eslewhere) get in line and wait. Same as sending a motor to someone for custom work, get in line.

I dont put up bash threads based on every bad experience as I see no resolve there. Just as you probably didnt on the above. But for some reason everyone jumps at the chance to turn any thread involving WDK into a bash thread. I have no more purpose on this thread then the guy that has not been effected buy WDK but I get on here to debate there :bs2: as I totaly disagree with someone posting negative crap that does not even effect them.

I saw no reason to put a thread up. The item I ordered was sub-par on quality, but it was also the cheapest item of that kind on the market at that time.
customer service was excellent, so I was okay with the issue.

Besides - I think that in most cases, it is far more beneficial to speak with the offending party directly, instead of smearing it on the net.
Obviously, there are exceptions.

Now....when I see Mike's (Mile9c1) ordeal of getting/waiting for his stuff for 18 months, I can't help but throw a comment in here and there. :biggthumpup:

When I see Mikes comment I cant help but think WTF did he order.Keep in mind, this is far from Mikes 1st dance with WDK, he has been through all of this before and apparently it was worth it. I feel for Mike, I waited for 4.5mos for a freekin custom order hood and it was killing me, got it last night and :bigeyes:WOW, worth the wait, could not have gotten that hood ANYWHERE ELSE and deffinatley not for that PRICE.

He shouldnt have too.... I am getting to the point were I need to.... I have been leaving messages for a couple weeks now.... I need my replacement hood, nose piece, and hood latch if you see this Jeff!:banghead: I just want to ride, It was suppose to be at my door four or five weeks ago. :frown:
