I saw no reason to put a thread up. The item I ordered was sub-par on quality, but it was also the cheapest item of that kind on the market at that time.
customer service was excellent, so I was okay with the issue.
Besides - I think that in most cases, it is far more beneficial to speak with the offending party directly, instead of smearing it on the net.
Obviously, there are exceptions.
Now....when I see Mike's (Mile9c1) ordeal of getting/waiting for his stuff for 18 months, I can't help but throw a comment in here and there. :biggthumpup:
