Why don't I ever see dyno's?

I have a real question for you MB?
. They don't like to post because there to many keyboard Cowboys that rip on them for no just cause so they silently read in the back ground.
I have had well over 50 people tell me that. That's bothersome that people can't freely ask questions on a site that has so much potential.

Yeah Im hearing you on that one, Some times I go to post and go you know what fook it. Im just going to have to deal with the muppets who think they know because they read it some where

Good grief.little bent are we. know ya struck a nerve when little speedy braves a yea,me too post. I wouldnt have come to your little lake hangout if I was worried about you.So I guess everyone there knew who i was but you? More importantly ive not said a cowboy word against you here.Just asked you to compare pfp to v2 in dyno graphs this apparently gets under your skin,We know you have the data and just dont want to share it. but why? Questions were asked politely till you got pissy with it. Come on and thread troll,I have nothing to lose.I deff do not have a silent partner in the business to worry about... Ill throw you all the ammo you need. frag out.....

think happy thoughts, more impress less stress, less of top more of bottom...zzzzzzzzzzzz valve.jpg fitness mdel.jpg

I don't have any stress.
You don't answer questions.
Unless you consider asking another question an answer.
MB, you negate everything solid answer and twist the comments to create drama or another question.
Example. Dry pipe on dyno vs wet pipe.
I will explain this again and try to dumb it down enough for everyone to understand.
Dry pipe has no water mixed with exhaust. So it runs 1000to 1250 deg F.
When you run that boat in the water or on the dyno the Exh is in the same temp range because it's not being cooked by water.
So when you dyno a dry pipe it's very common to see slightly higher temps because of the added load the dyno creates that the prop cannot supply to the. Motor in the water.
Now we go to a wet pipe and utilizing the same jet size run in the water you see exhaust temps in the 580-700 range on the dyno.
In the water we see 150-200 deg exh temps in the chamber.
By cutting the temp in half the tune length of the pipe has changed by 30% at a min. Because of the gross affect of exhaust gas temp vs speed.
There for the dyno is of very little use because a dyno run of less then 1.5 seconds doesn't have repeatable data. Meaning every sweep shows a different power level and the more sweeps you use causes more temp climb.
You can't grasp this knowledge because you don't understand the effects of temps tire vs speed of exh gasses.
So basically you cannot use the dyno pipe on the water because it can't be replicated on the water.
Is that clear??
I want a yes or no answer to that very question.
Do you understand that knowledge. ??

This thread had so much potential , I love reading ( and re reading) the tech guys inputs to try to learn more about EG why dyno results arent the only way to get the most out of a motor and set up.

It really is a shame that it turns out into a slanging match with trolling and hidden agendas seeming to be behind the posts

Personally i think TNT is trying to be measured in his responses and clearly has a lot of knowledge i find interesting.

Just my 2 pence worth

Fishetti had boats that looked like a sewer tank for years. But he still managed to get a number one plate. So that's proof ugly can win.
My only beef is the twisting of words and the unwilling to respond to a question with an answer.
Not twist the words into another question.
Few things set me off, testing is only as good as your data compilation. Restating someone else's data doesn't make it knowledge. Knowledge is gained by asking searching and proving said theory or products in its environment.
NASA built hundreds of rockets in theory that would fly to the moon and beyond and look how many people they killed with all that theory. So real world testing is the only true knowledge.

No thread that Masterblaster AKA Torr Lillard has any input in will EVER have any potential on this forum. He, and one or two others are the reason myself and most other industry professionals no longer post on here.

I met Chuckie for the first time at the World Finals in 2014. Told him I missed his input here. He said, and I quote, "I got tired of being told that I did not know what I was doing" by some of the members here and on PWCToday.

Pretty ain't fast, but fast sure is pretty! Pretty AND fast, well, that's where dreams are made!

LoL butt hurt and all spun up crew, its entertaining if nothing else. I liked that temp tank,it stayed put better than my heavy aluminum tank now. Tpe old style pv springs stayed on for 5 min without seals over them.thrust orings and over seals, one and done. same for LIFE battery
speedysocket. maybe if you added a cutting edge 3rd spark plug to your raggamuffin ski it would get out of its own way.lol
