    Super Jet Leaking ebox.. wonderful.

Compression test passed with ~175 PSI each cylinder. I have spark in both wires. Just call JSS today and I am basically all set up to send it out. I'm just thinking, should I get rid of the MSD and send him my old stock ignition coil and have him re-do it for $55, reinstall, seal as best I can...

    Super Jet Leaking ebox.. wonderful.

That was my original plan. Didn't think of spark test though.

That I haven't, going to do that tomorrow morning. Thanks for the suggestion. I'll post up what I find tomorrow morning.

Super Jet HELP! Handle bar U-bolt lost

I have a few stock spares, but those look aftermarket. LMK if they turn out to be stock and if you still need one, I have a few laying around.

    Super Jet Leaking ebox.. wonderful.

Had issues with my ski a while back, one of them was water in the ebox. After drying everything and changing out a few things it ran incredibly. Ski ran great for about 2-3 weeks, until last week. I took it out and the thing ran like crap, basically not giving me any power when I'd stomp the...

650/X-2 Muddin. The best application for a turd 650sx

They cook on those shallow skinny parts. If you fall it seems like you have a good chance of hitting land instead of water on some of those tight areas! The crash at 2:40 is great.

Super Jet Starting to get aggravated

Turns out I had my return fuel line messed up. Switched it around, put a new breather on the fuel tank, changed out the hi's and lo's on the carbs, replaced the plugs (just to do it), plus installed a new fuel filter on it. Took it out a few day ago, had a few throttle issues. Tuned it that day...

    Super Jet Driveshaft cover

Might have to try that 4200 idea. Definitely do not want to pull the engine on this thing. I can definitely see that thing shooting water up inbetween pump outs.

    Super Jet Driveshaft cover

I'd like to put one on but will it work with only one bolt?

    Super Jet Driveshaft cover

My ski came with a metal one with one bolt holding it on. The other bolt is cracked off the block. The metal cover cracked off on the first ride. The single bolt is still intact though. I'm thinking that the output shaft sprays water up by my flame arresters while I am in the middle of...

    Super Jet Running lean

Are you sure there is no leak in any of the lines? Any broader pics you could post? Having to adjust from 1.5 to 3 is a big jump.

300/440/550 New to the sport and need help on somethings!

You can get fuel lines from where ever. I bought mine from wamiltons.com. As for the battery, either eBay it or buy one at a local motorcycle/jet ski shop.

Super Jet Aftermarket carb to stock air box adapter

I usually see people run these with aftermarket carbs: http://www.ebay.com/itm/SuperJet-air-filter-Stock-1990-1995-used-flame-arrestor-/110916213288?pt=Personal_Watercraft_Parts&hash=item19d31f1a28&vxp=mtr I'm not positive where to find adapters for them but it might be easier to find the...

Super Jet Starting to get aggravated

So get this.. Took apart the carbs not too long ago. Cleaned the fuel filters and made sure everything was peachy (they weren't bad at all). While I was cleaning the carbs I pulled a Hi speed adjuster and the needle is slightly bent at the tip. Nothing major but definitely an interesting find...

Super Jet Starting to get aggravated

I want to do it myself of course but the needle on one carb and the seat on the other have stripped heads on them and I cannot get them out. The way I found the sizes was through pulling the opposite seats/needles. They actually looked fairly clean as well. I just didn't want to mess up the...

Super Jet Starting to get aggravated

Hey Chris, I shook all of the drilled rivets out of the waterbox and even without the rivets that I had taken out the baffle remained solid and didn't shake/rattle at all. Everything was sound so I riveted it back together and threw it back in. If it had a bad baffle, wouldn't you be able to...

Super Jet Starting to get aggravated

I can't check the pop-off unfortunately because I do not have a guage. I have been absolutely everywhere with the hi's and lo's. The lo has typically been at about 1 turn out and the hi's have been anywhere from 1-1.5 turn out. The coil was replaced with an MSD (I know, should have went with a...

Super Jet Starting to get aggravated

I am not sure. I am thinking that maybe it could be from the waterbox but I can't see it leaking. I drilled out many of the rivets and replaced them as well as sealed them. Also, the factory mod b-pipe is brand new. The coil is brand new (MSD Coil). Plugs and wire should have great...
