these billet stroker motors are not your run of the mill sea doo engine from the factory. the stress on all the parts is much much higher. to avoid a VERY costly repair on my 850 4 mil stroker. i replace my pistons, rings, and wrist pin bearings at a minimum of once a season.

If silicone for intakes is melting you have not enough water in your exhaust.

I run the rear outlet to the bottom of the head pipe because to me it seems like it would "fill" the head pipe better... But I've ran it both ways and it seems like I can close all the screws a little more and the pipe seems cooler.

Just had a 650 in the shop with same symptoms impeller had about an inch of play while on the shaft. Replaced it and rebuild pump bearings and put in two new motor mounts and she rides smooth as ever.

Why do you think your compression would go down? 180 is pushing it on pump without a really good tuner. What's your altitude? And from the sounds of it your running way lean fix that before all that money and time is a big paper weight

Unfortunately this is a more realistic price for the Gopro series cameras because this is much closer to what they actually cost to manufacture. A Gopro in raw materials and assembly is about $45 but Gopro is very good at marketing and you gotta love capitalism. So yes someone give this a whirl...

yep ive got a dan lamey 850 with 46 novis and its hard as :-):-):-):-) to keep a constant throttle and will load up if you just try to cruise. but mostly its for the chicas haha
