I have the old version of that O'niel from like 6 years ago and I still use it and it still looks (sorta) new! I dont wear shorts over my wetsuit, but maybe thats because i grew up scuba/snorkel I use either my wrestling shoes or my aquaphibian (hiking shoes)

get a 4/3 wetsuit and neoprene sox to put under your shoes im a warm weather guy which makes me a total wimp in the cold with my wet suit and something to keep my feet warm I'm happy riding in 40 degree water--- until my feet go numb-- in that set up

yah thats a regional thing I see one's like those in AZ stock go for 900-1100 $ I would list it at 1500 here during the winter or 1700 right now 1996's and ones with pipes are worth more... I think az is a wierd market I bet its worth more there where things break/ rust. AZ is very friendly...
