Your tool kit - at the beach, at the lake!

Ski---rope and cell phone. Truck---lots of stuff. A pair of small vice grips is the best single tool I have. Perfect for rounding off bolt heads, lol.

    Martin33's Trinity EVO Pro Build

I can't wait until summer, and winter is just starting. I think the plan is to put my motor back in my stock hull, so we can have something to ride before the Trinity's come in. Figure on getting everything tuned and ready so we can just bolt them back up in the new hulls and be ready to go.

    Tinnitus?

I am old, so I expect to have ringing, which I do, and crickets chirping, plus some other noises not identifiable. I always thought it was 45 years of loud race bikes, ( back in the day we ran open expansion chambers )gunfire, and guitar amps cranked up till the knobs broke off that did mine in...

    Trinity EVO Hulls

We just placed an order w/ Bobby, my son is is getting the Pro, and I am going w/ the XF. It's just money, can't take it w/ you, so to justify the cost, and since I am an old guy, I figured why buy a casket when I die? Just bury me in the SXR, lol. :lmao::lmao: Kill 2 birds w/ one stone so to...

    My new toy

Is it stock? I ask this because it won't run very good in stock form, they have it jetted way too lean, ( thanks EPA ) and it can't breathe. Jetting and air box mod are essential. They also had a recall on the stock cams, some got by w/o heat treating and will break if ran hard. Other than that...

    New to pit bikes

The term pit bikes was coined back in the 70's, motocrossers used them to get around the pits on. In recent years, they have become a huge sport in racing them, with lots of money to be made at the pro level. They are also expensive to build up, and run upwards, or more than 10K. My kiddo...

It's official all my skis are fat!!! 340 lb SJ, 385 lb SXR

Yep, Trinity hood and footholds. Even tho we will have somewhat of an unlimited budget, a carbon hull is just a little too much, but from the stock hull up, everything possible will be lightened. My neighbor has a CNC shop that specializes in parts for the aerospace industry, so anything that...

It's official all my skis are fat!!! 340 lb SJ, 385 lb SXR

If I can ever get the kiddo to post his SXR build, we can have some good info. He is weighing every part, stock and new, and going for the ultimate lightweight SXR. Keeping the stock hull, but everything else will be as light as possible. I know that hull sure looks nicer after a few days...

    December couch ride?

Find a buddy, one ride a stand up, one ride a couch, and switch every so often. You could even throw a can of gas on the couch for refueling if you don't make the gas pit.

    SXR800 idle/bogging problem HELP!!

I agree, if the choke has to be out in order for it to run, then the slow jet is plugged up. Most any 2 stroke will exhibit this sympton when the pilot is plugged up.
