well i found a buddy of mine who has the right tools and gauges to do some tests. i did the air leak test today and it passed. tomorrow were going to do a pop off test. the only other thing i can think of is that something is wrong in the carb. after this i guess ill try and tune it again

it doesnt ride to bad with the screw at 3 turns out and whenever i turn it in it acts worse. but at 3 turns out the screw isnt even involved in the system. once it hits the top speed screw it rides good and fast. i dont have a tach tho which would help. i dont have a pop off gauge or a leak...
