Fuel and spark, but no start = $$$$. Sounds like you lost compression. I wouldn't waste anymore time checking other issues until you do a compression check.

I've actually had a rash of bad injectors on FI PWC this year also. Never seemed to be an issue in the past, but it has become one. Ive had luck running them thru my ultrasonic cleaner with a 12 volt source to open the injector.
