I ride/hang with TC and he has never once had a rickter that was jacked up to the point you couldn't ride it, my fr2 evo has some minor stress cracks and 2 of my buddy's have fs2 evos and no problems and we ride every weekend at pismo in heavy to mild surf. Rickters are the most well built surf...

Just save some cash and buy a jet lift, they are the real deal!

Ya but theres a big diff from a AM 155 pump and a stock sit down 155 pump(water cooling line locations)

I see you bought Randys hull or Tanners? if you are going to never put a big motor in it i would switch to a 144mm pump with a 701. 155mm pumps are for big 900cc-1200cc engines to get the power to the water. I ride with TC alot and live 1 hour away from his shop hes a great guy.

For a AM 155mm pump (skat trak) You will need to get a 155mm pump shoe and do some modification to make the shoe it fit on your hull and i have never seen a sit down 155mm pump in a Rickter. I would be curious to see the performance out come of that combo, 701+155mm pump.

Your asking for a cracked skull and broken jaw riding without one, even with a helmet it is sketchy. I have smashed my shoulder doing a re-entry on my installed pad and i thought i broke it, imagine no pad ouch!

Can some one please tell me what is so cool about riding without a chin pad, whether surf riding or freestyle. Whats the deal??????

Whats a lake, We don't have lakes in California and only one river which is basically in Arizona. My ski has only touched fresh water once (world finals), its a salt ski for life.

Magic seaweed is usually pretty good, when i want to get super nar nar tech i will use surf line. MS is good if you don't really care and just want an idea/glance of what its going to be and for quick tides as well.

Just run all lines straight from tank to carbs, get ride of all that junk in between (fuel seperator, reserve, and fuel on/off) just run a fuel filter thats all you need.
