I have always found peaK rpm tuning to be spot on with no hesitation.

before you tune again go to Watcon and purchase a PET tach. Do not tune by ear or feel its not close enough. IMO

I disagree about not having time, when I was president I was a single father raising two children on my own with a job that I traveled for. There is always time. the best part about being in the HOA is I spent the money as I seen fit, and that was on the streets. This is just my opinion.
