Why would you do that? Are you placing a SJ engine in there too? It would make more sense to change the coupler than the whole pump cavity... It's definitely doable, just look up Conversion hulls over at pwctoday.com and they'll show you what's up...

P.S. what are you doing with your lines? Why did you veer away from the stainless lines? I was thinking of just replacing the stock lines with new stainless lines but I like what you are doing...
I found this out with my ski also, I don't know what to do about it!
I am slapping a layer of carbon-kevlar weave down the entire length of the hull on both sidewalls hoping that it takes care of this problem. I also found that their molding process leads to really thin areas of the upper deck...
As far as the rails go, I plan on using a fiberglass core known as Balsa wood. This is an extremely light weight core that comes in 1/4'' to 3/4'' sheets. I am probably obtaining this material from www.fiberglasssupply.com
This material is perfect because it is flat, extremely light, and...

I have heard of melting pistons, but is a super hot head pipe the source? Or is it to...
Hey All,
I have been contemplating the use of an Arctic Cat M1000 engine... Has anyone else looked at this?
It's a 999cc Twin with mechanically driven Power-Valves AND it has EFI... Seriously? A used one is 1500 bucks. Can you say, 'Hello Torque-city'?
Stock it has a claimed 160 HP, but...
So I was cruising the internet, and I stumbled upon this...
Anyone seen this before? Probably should have someone put this in a ski sometime because that would be EPIC...

Nose mod? Like a new Nose Cover? Yes. I hate that stocker. Also contemplating making a very low hood as well... I am not committed to the nose cover or hood as of right now, but if my tray and underbody pull together as easy as I hope (which they won't) then it's probable that I'll fab something...
